I became a member of the ProCare Therapy family in April, 2012 after working in sales for The Yellow Pages for three years. Just as I had started to think about looking for a new position, my friend approached me to see if I would be interested in working as a recruiter.
I had never thought about working in recruitment, but special needs children have a large place in my heart after working as a volunteer for the Special Olympics. I knew having the opportunity to positively affect young people’s lives was something I could not pass up.
While working for ProCare I have found success in building and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates. I take great pride in the work I do and I truly believe it shows. I earned my silver shovel within my first eight months of becoming a ProCare team member and I attribute that to the pride I have in being a part of this wonderful team. I can’t wait to see what the next year has in store!
